Overcomer for the OVERLOOKED: Never alone

Deuteronomy 31:6 | So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.

Isaiah 41:13 | For I hold you by your right hand— I, the Lord your God. And I say to you, ‘Don’t be afraid. I am here to help you.

Psalm 139:5 | You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head.

Matthew 28:20b | …be sure of this: I [Jesus] am with you always, even to the end of the age.

1st Peter 5:7 | Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.

  • What are some of the promises made by God in today’s passages? 

  • With these promises in mind, is it ever possible for you to be overlooked by God?

  • What do these promises and knowing that God always sees you, cares, and understands (Hebrews 4:15) mean to you? 

  • How can you keep these things in the front of your mind when you are struggling or feel overlooked?
