2 Corinthians 5:17 | This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!

• How does a person change once they become a follower of Jesus?

• How did you change after putting your trust in Christ?

Colossians 3:10 | Put on your new nature, and be renewed as you learn to know your Creator and become like him.

• As we grow to know God better, how do we change? Why?

Galatians 5:16-17a | So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves. The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires.

• Thinking about the changes in the life of a believer and Galatians 5:16-17, how is the Holy Spirit part of the changing process?
