PRAYER & FASTING: Thank God for all He has done

Psalm 150:1-2 | Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heaven! Praise him for his mighty works; praise his unequaled greatness!

Isaiah 12:2, 5 | See, God has come to save me. I will trust in him and not be afraid. The Lord God is my strength and my song; he has given me victory.” Sing to the Lord, for he has done wonderful things. Make known his praise around the world.

• Psalm 150:2 tells us to praise God for his mighty works or what He has done. What has God done in your life that you can praise Him for? If you’ve been praying and fasting, what has God taught you?

• In Isaiah, our song of praise or worship is because God saved us.

  • Have you been saved by God through Jesus?

  • How do you worship Him because of His gift of salvation?

• In Isaiah 12:5, we see that our worship of God because of salvation should not only be private or personal. Why do you think this is?

• Spend some time praising God, or thanking Him, both privately and publicly as you feel led. God might use your story of God’s power to speak to the heart of someone else who needs to trust Him today.
