Philippians 2:6-8 | Though he [Jesus] was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross. 

• According to Philippians 2, what did it cost Jesus to rescue you?

• What is Heaven like? What are your sure of about Heaven and what do you imagine?

• Jesus was able to give up the perfection and blessing of Heaven for our sakes, but we sometimes struggle to give up imperfect earthly things for Him. How is this true for you— what do you struggle to give up to follow/obey Jesus?
