Battle Ready: Spiritual weapons

2nd Corinthians 10:3-5 | We are human, but we don’t wage war as humans do. We use God’s mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments. We destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ. 

• What are some worldly weapons people use for battle? 

• How are spiritual weapons, or God’s might weapons, different? 

• Since we can’t physically pick up most of our spiritual weapons, how do we fight in a spiritual battle? What does that actually look like? 

• What is the purpose of our spiritual weapons, according to 2nd Corinthians 10:3-5? 

• Why is it important to realize that we are in a spiritual battle, and perhaps the problems we’re facing in our lives aren’t physical or personal but related to our faith?
