ALLEGIANCE - Act and think differently because of your unstoppable allegiance

Romans 12:1-2 | And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.

Colossians 3:2 | Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth.

• How does God transform or change His followers? What does He use? What changes? How long does it take?

• Do you think differently that non-believers? In what ways?

• What does a mind set on Heavenly things think about? What doesn’t this mind think about?

• Are your thoughts fixed on earthly things or heavenly things more often (to what do your thoughts show allegiance)? How can you stay focused on Heavenly things?
