FOCUS - Giving your all

Philippians 1:12-14 | And I want you to know, my dear brothers and sisters, that everything that has happened to me here has helped to spread the Good News. For everyone here, including the whole palace guard, knows that I am in chains because of Christ. And because of my imprisonment, most of the believers here have gained confidence and boldly speak God’s message without fear.

  • What hard things did Paul face? How did those hard experiences grow his faith? How did they grow the faith of others?

  • How can you point people to Jesus and spread the Good News while you’re in the middle of a struggle? [Think back to the struggles you identified yesterday and think creatively about how you could have proclaimed Jesus as you struggled].

2 Timothy 4:6-7 | As for me, my life has already been poured out as an offering to God. The time of my death is near. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful.

  • Are you living your life as an offering to God? In what ways?

  • Are you on track to say, like Paul, that you’ve really given God your “all” or your best? In what ways or what do you need to change so you can stay focused?
