Distractions: Satan’s tricks

2nd Corinthians 11:3 | But I fear that somehow your pure and undivided devotion to Christ will be corrupted, just as Eve was deceived by the cunning ways of the serpent.

  • Devotion is love, loyalty, and affection. What does “pure and undivided devotion” to something look like? 

  • Looking at your life, what are some things you are devoted to? 

  • Why should the believer be devoted wholeheartedly (and without distraction) to Jesus? 

  • Do you have undivided devotion to Christ or have you gotten distracted? 

    • If so, how can you stay focused? 

    • If not, what has distracted you and why? How will you refocus?
