TRANSFORMATION -Share Jesus constantly

Psalm 71:15-18 | I will tell everyone about your righteousness. All day long I will proclaim your saving power, though I am not skilled with words. I will praise your mighty deeds, O Sovereign Lord.  I will tell everyone that you alone are just. O God, you have taught me from my earliest childhood, and I constantly tell others about the wonderful things you do. Now that I am old and gray, do not abandon me, O God. Let me proclaim your power to this new generation, your mighty miracles to all who come after me.’

  • How have you experienced God in your life?

  • Who have you told about how God has worked in you?

  • God’s saving power is through Jesus. What does the Good News of Jesus mean to you?

  • Who have you shared God’s saving power, or the Gospel with?

  • Do you constantly tell others about about God? Why or why not?

Luke 8:39 | “No, go back to your family, and tell them everything God has done for you.” So he went all through the town proclaiming the great things Jesus had done for him.

  • How do you think the family of the man with the demon in Luke 8 reacted when he came back home and was healed? [Think back to how the community of the lame man in Acts 3 reacted too!]

  • How are you proclaiming Jesus and showing His transforming power to your family and those who are closest to you?

  • Is it easier for you to proclaim and represent Jesus to people you are close to or people you don’t know well? Why is this?
