GRACE - Living worthy of your calling through grace

Ephesians 4:1-2 & 32 | Therefore I, a prisoner for serving the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of your calling, for you have been called by God. Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love. Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.

  • What does it mean to live “worthy” of your calling as a follower of God?

  • How might the way you live and treat others shape someone’s view of God?

  • With this in mind, how are you doing as a representative of God? Are there any ways you need to represent Him better?

  • What does it mean to ‘make allowance’ for someone else’s faults? How is this an act of grace?

  • Are there any limits to God’s grace and forgiveness for you? Why is this important?

  • Why is it hard for us to forgive others and offer them grace? How can Jesus’ example help?
