Belt of truth: Transformed thinking

Romans 12:2 | Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.


  • How does God use His Word (the Bible) to transform or change the way we think? 

  • What are some things you think as a believer that are very different from the way the world thinks?

  • What are some things you think that are still opposed to the way the Bible thinks? [Do you want these ways of thinking to be transformed? Why or why not?]

  • Why is it important for God’s followers to think differently than the world? How does this different way of thinking help when Satan tempts or attacks?
